Fare Types & Refund Conditions

• Non-Refundable Fares: These tickets cannot be refunded once issued. In case of cancellation, only applicable taxes may be refundable (subject to airline policy).
• Refundable Fares: These tickets can be refunded, but cancellation charges may apply as per the airline's fare rules.
• Partially Refundable Fares: A portion of the ticket value may be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation fees.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by the airline, the processing time varies:

• Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days
• Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
• Cash Payment: 5-7 business days (in-office collection)

Airline-Initiated Cancellations
